Owner and Wine Director, Ryan Fletter (27 year alumn) personally works all 5 evenings as Maitre'd. You will always find Ryan running food, bussing tables, decanting wines, and engaging with the entire staff & guests daily and throughout the evening.
Executive Chef, Darrel Truett (18 year alumn) is personally in the kitchen all 5 evenings ensuring all plates are composed properly and ever-changing the menus as seasonal ingredients change and become available. It is a full scratch kitchen and lots of incredible creations to witness.....
General Manager, Adam Moore (9 year alumn) manages all the daily operations and is also always on premise to bring attention to all points of service throughout the evenings.
Sommelier, Erin Lindstone (11 year alumn) has an incredible following of wine finatics that come to enjoy our play full and very deep wine selections. We offer wine pairings and tasting menus nightly and ever changing individually curated wine experiences nightly.
Bar specialist, Katie Kelly (18 year alumn) has been to Italy with the staff 15 times and has a tremendously fun personality and exceptional work ethic. She curates specialty cocktails and offers unmatched hospitality at the fun and famous Barolo Grill upscale bar located in the hearth and at the core of the restaurant space.
